Meet the newest members of our team

After an exciting year of growth and expansion, we're pleased to welcome 7 new recruits to our global sales, technical and support teams. 

D'MARIO HEADEN-VANCE, CLIENT SERVICES SR. MANAGER

D’Mario graduated from the University of Maryland, Global College, where he received his BS Information Technology with a minor in Forensics.

“I came to Assured because of the friendly environment and the growth of the company. Everyone I met during and after my interview sold me on being here at Assured. I’m looking forward to growing in my new role and with the company”

D’Mario loves spending time with his family, travelling and cycling long distances.

EMMA SIDDLE, SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Emma recently graduated from Hull University, where she read BA Business Economics and MSc Social Research, achieving a 2:1 and Distinction.

“I wanted to work for Assured Data Protection because they are a rapidly growing business in a dynamic market; the opportunities to learn and progress in this role and beyond are really exciting. I’m also looking forward to attending events and wearing my new work wardrobe!”

Emma is loves dancing, particularly commercial and street and is a regular gym-goer.

DYLAN COWAN, SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Dylan joins our UK sales team from a position at a sales transformation business, where his focus was on the front end of the sales cycle, prospecting new customers.

"I wanted to work for Assured as they are a growth-minded business and there is clear career progression for me to stay here long-term."

Dylan has previously studies Business at A-Level and is part of a sales degree apprenticeship programme which he will continue alongside his work at Assured. He enjoys both playing and watching football and watching most other sports.

ABBAS KHATTAK, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Abbas received his Diploma in Network Computing and has continued to achieve multiple certifications in the IT industry such as a MCP and AWS Cloud Petitioner.

“Working at Assured Data Protection has been an easy adjustment due to the inclusive nature of their friendly staff. Working at Assured will allow me to utilise my current expertise whilst further developing my skillset within this global tech company that is always at the forefront of IT technologies.”

Abbas likes to play cricket, enjoys D.I.Y, you can always find him fixing something.

JOE COSTELLO, SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Joe joins us from an IT support background previously working for for Ultima Business Solutions and is already getting stuck into his new role as part of Assured technical support team. He previously attended Pontefract College where he studied Business, Media and Photography.

"I wanted to join Assured because it is a forward-thinking, proactive company with innovative solutions as it's backbone. It will give me opportunities to progress my career and skillset whilst being part of the wider team helping the company grow."

BINYAMIN ALI, 2ND LINE SERVICE DESK ANALYST

Binyamin comes from a technical support role previously supporting a handful of schools across Leeds and Wakefield with their day to day running and enjoys learning and growing his skill set. Taking the term “You learn something new every day” quite literally.

I wanted to work for Assured Data Prrotection to support and grow with the service they provide and build a career within the company."

Binyamin enjoys working on cars, going to the gym on a regular basis and travelling.

MICHAEL MORBETO, JR. INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Michael is excited to join Assured in his first technical position after a spending most of his recent career in business management for a franchise of 'XP League', a pioneer in the youth eSports industry.

"I have been looking to break into the tech field for a long time, when I got the opportunity at Assured I realised immediately it would be a perfect fit for me. I am always pushing myself to learn more and constantly try to position myself in an environment that encourages growth. I look forward to all the opportunities that lie ahead!"

Michael is a HUGE animal lover, is extremely passionate about gaming and eSports and has a deep interest in anything and everything tech.
