A brave team of 6 from Assured Data Protection, Rubrik, Arrow, Ontex and Boxxe will be taking on the 500KM London to Paris cycle ride challenge this July!
Starting on Thursday 21st July, the team will take on the three day trek towards the finish line, with the aim to raise £7K for Assured's nominated charity, Dementia Forward.
From Assured Data Protection's Adam Hurst: "After what seems like an eternity, and to be fair, we've all had some crazy things to deal with over the last 2 years, I am delighted to share that a group of 6 like-minded (possibly slightly bonkers) cyclists have chosen (yes chosen) to join the team at Hotchillee for the 2022 London to Paris ride. It's going to be 3 consecutive days in the saddle and circa 170km a day setting off from Hampton Court on the 21st of July and reaching Paris on the 23rd. We will have completed a respectable 500Km and will nearly climb the height of Mont Blanc (circa 4400m, Mt Blanc is 4809m).
Why are we doing this I hear you say? Well at Assured Data Protection, the charity we have been supporting for some years now is Dementia Forward. They do an incredible job in supporting people with dementia across North Yorkshire and every penny we raise will go to them so that they can continue to do amazing things."
