A huge Assured welcome to our new guys: Jennifer, Lewis, Sarah, Nathan, Nathalie, Max, Samantha, Ollie, Tobia & Alex who have joined us to work in our technical, finance & sales teams. Here is an introduction to them!
JENNIFER CURRAN-KERR, GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Jennifer has had many different roles throughout her 20+ years working in Finance, with the last 13 years being in Tech businesses. Jennifer is super excited to join Assured because of the culture and company growth mindset.
“Joining Assured Data Protection is a big adjustment for me as I worked in my previous company for 12 years. However, the daunting feeling of starting somewhere new after such a long period of time did not last long and it has been a far more pleasurable experience than I was expecting, mostly driven by the culture within Assured and the very warm welcome I received when I started. I feel at home already. I am very excited to get to work with everyone, help/support where I can and continue to grow and learn in my new role.”
When Jennifer is not kept busy with her 2.5-year-old she likes most sports, especially watching Football (Liverpool FC) and F1, as well as getting out on her bike when she can, playing golf, walking her Labradoodle, Bobby, and cooking.
LEWIS GORE, L2 SUPPORT ENGINEER
Lewis has 12 years' of experience providing IT Support across a variety of workplaces developing a wide set of skills to help diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
“Assured Data Protection has been very welcoming and rewarding across the short time that I’ve already been here with a true team dynamic. Being at Assured allows me to utilise and develop my skillset further whilst providing support and assistance to our customers ensuring they’re up to date on their tickets and getting the support that they deserve.”
Outside of work Lewis is quite a big gamer and likes to create tutorial videos to help people who might get stuck on games. Away from technology enjoys the gym, fishing and golf.
SARAH DYER, TRAINING MANAGER
Sarah is a seasoned technical professional having spent 18 years within the broadcast technology industry as well as a variety of other tech industries. She has enjoyed a mix of roles primarily in technical training and customer support but also covering transformation and continuous improvement.
As well as a passion for all things tech she has studied animal behaviour and is a trustee for a charity that helps the terminally ill with their pets.
"I am very excited to be here, it is important for me to work with a company that values a learning culture and personal development, and I am really looking forward to building something to drive knowledge and growth for the teams in Assured Data Protection and customers alike."
NATHAN CONNELL, SALES ENGINEER
Nathan has worked in IT for nearly 10 years, with a wide range of exposure. He worked his way up starting in 1st/2nd line support before moving to project delivery, then on to solution architecture. Nathan is now a Sales Engineer here at Assured Data Protection.
"After a few weeks, I have been made to feel very welcome by all. I really look forward to my future at Assured, to achieve great milestones with this company and set myself new goals.
When I am not in work mode, I like to step away from all things tech and get out in to the countryside, going on many big hikes and climbing many peaks/mountains in the UK."
NATHALIE URBINA, CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Nathalie is delighted to join the Assured team in a Customer Success role.
"My role aligns perfectly with my love of relationship building and cultivating a positive client experience as well as with my experience in this realm. I am happy to be in the technology sector at such a wonderful organization!
I am grateful for the warm welcome that the Assured team has given me and am grateful to be a part of the team. I am glad to join the organization at time filled with growth and opportunity. This is also an exciting career pivot for myself as this is my first role focused solely on Customer Success after being an Account Executive in the Software industry for the past few years (CCaaS and HR) and focusing on Sales and Digital Marketing in the Cosmetology industry prior to that. I am excited to focus my career in the direction of customer success at Assured and am grateful to be a part of the team."

MAX SNAPPER, SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Max is a versatile Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology & Design. With a career spanning various roles in Development, System Administration, and DevOps, Max has built a robust and diverse skill set.
His expertise ranges from coding and software development to managing complex systems and ensuring operational efficiency, showcasing his adaptability and proficiency in the tech industry.
"I am thrilled to be working at Assured Data Protection. The company has been incredibly welcoming, and I am excited to contribute to our innovative projects and collaborate with such a talented team."
In his spare time, Max enjoys family outings to theme parks and camping trips with his wife and children. He is also an active supporter of his local Scout group, where he serves as a Paddle Sports instructor.
SAMANTHA SECHSER, INSIDE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Samantha joins us as an Inside Account Executive.
"I am thrilled to be joining the Assured team and I am excited to make an impact and see the company continue to expand!
I have 3 years of Tech Sales experience and I am looking forward to learning and growing in my career.
In my free time I like to attend Orangetheory workout classes, hang with friends and family, and travel the world."
OLLIE BLACKSHAW, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
Ollie has over 13 years' of experience in the IT Industry, spending the majority supporting large events, such as X-Factor, Ideal Home Show and staff conferences for the likes of McDonalds and TalkTalk.
More recently he has been managing the IT Support and Infrastructure for a Law firm based in Manchester.
"I'm really excited to get back into working for an MSP and working with new evolving tech on a daily basis. In my spare time I play rugby for Marple RUFC and enjoy travelling whenever possible, I'm always on the hunt for a cheap flight to somewhere new! I'm looking forward to getting stuck into some challenges with my new team."
TOBIA WALLIS, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
For the past 14 years, Tobia has been navigating the exciting world of IT.
"My journey began in 1st line support, and it's led me to where I am today – working in infrastructure. I've gained valuable experience across MSPs and internal IT departments.
I'm absolutely buzzing to be part of a company that prioritises digital innovation and has ambitious growth plans. This is an environment where I can truly leverage my skills and contribute to something special.
When I'm not tackling IT challenges, you might find me whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, hitting the golf course, exploring trails on my mountain bike, or indulging in my passion for motorsports and cars."

ALEX MINUTOLI, INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Alex joins Assured Data Protection as an Inside Sales Executive.
"I’m thrilled to be part of this incredible company. Outside of work, my hobbies are quite diverse and always evolving.
I love spending time outdoors and staying active, whether it's hiking, playing sports, or just enjoying nature. I also have a passion for video games and cherish moments with my cat, Lil Cup of Joe. I can’t wait to see myself grow with this amazing company."
