New Team Members Who Joined in July


A huge Assured welcome to our new folks: Kren & Elizabeth who have joined our technical & client services teams in the UK. Here is an introduction to them!

Kren has worked in IT for over thirty years, in a wide variety of companies ranging from small MSPs to some of the UK's largest companies.
With a wealth of experience in multiple environments and spanning a wide range of hardware and software, Kren is looking forward to using that history to help resolve issues and keeping customers happy and protected.
"I'm looking forward to new challenges with Assured Data Protection, and using my skills and knowledge to increase service levels for our customers and making the team run smoothly."
Kren runs several table-top roleplay games, writes and is a keen photographer, and also enjoys spending time out walking with his dog. 



Liz has over 10 years of Client Relationship and IT Service Management experience, mainly within the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector.

 ‘’I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth into something new, and, starting to build new and long- lasting relationships with the Assured customers and my lovely new colleagues.

I was drawn to the Client Services Manager role at Assured due to the genuine and family-feel approach within the business. I like the fact that Assured focusses on one product type, and concentrates on being experts in that field, rather than a jack-of-all trades.

I am hoping to pull on the experience I have within IT Service Management to help me build on my new role and work towards continual service improvement and growing the existing customer accounts.

In my spare time, I love to go walking in the countryside in Sheffield where I live, I LOVE a Netflix binge-sesh – mainly crime/thriller documentaries – but I’m quite partial to a zombie film too. I spend a lot of time with the family and my friends where I can – usually activities revolve around eating.
