The 'Pioneer 250' category, which Assured was featured in, is described by CRN as the following: 'The MSP Pioneer 250 have largely built their business model around providing managed services to the SMB market.'
CRN interviewed our Co-Founder & EVP (Americas), Stacy Hayes, on his thoughts on the year ahead:
Q: What are the most significant factors contributing to your outlook for 2023?
A: Continuing proliferation of ransomware attacks. Declining IT workforce.
Q: What emerging technology areas do you see being the biggest opportunity going into 2023?
A: Zero trust is becoming the defacto security posture in the industry. This requires more expert resources to be able to protect and secure data, which bodes well for a managed service business such as ours.
Q: What do you expect to be the biggest challenge to your managed services business for 2023?
A: Supply chain will most likely continue to be a concern for our business. We have done pretty well this year in able to provide for our customers, but the speed in which we sign up and deploy new customers increases, supply chain could become an issue.
